Refunds and Cancellation Policy
Membership Refunds and Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your membership during its duration, the fee will be calculated using the savings the membership plan offers and the time completed.
The cancellation policy only applies to the 3-month membership plan and the 1-year membership plan. There are no refunds or exchanges on 1-month membership and day passes.
Returns and Exchanges
Return and Exchange
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to contact us regarding the return of any unopened or broken, during shipping, product. Shipping charges are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer. If 14 days have passed since receiving your purchase, an exchange will be given. Exchanges after 14 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and if applicable, will be credited to your account as a Store Credit Note. See below for Exemptions.
Return Exemptions
Return Exemptions are on a case-by-case basis and will be governed by the discretion of TakeHomeFitness.com.
Shipping of Returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 42 James St, Smiths Falls, ON K7A 5K3
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you paid by Email Money Transfer, the fee to send you the refund will be deducted from the refund amount. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or if you paid by Email Money Transfer, we will send you a refund transfer. The fee to send you the refund transfer, will be deducted from the refund amount as well as any shipping charges as they are non-refundable. All refunds will be within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank.

Clearance Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
